This product contains powerful appetite suppressant nutraceutical ingredients in a 100% caffeine and ephedra free capsule.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 (two) capsules in the morning upon rising and 2 (two) capsules early afternoon. This product should be used in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program. (The suggested dosage is two capsules early AM and two capsules early afternoon, but If you would like to start with I capsule in the morning and adjust the dosage to fit your individual needs you may do so.
